Available Positions

Staff Accountant

  • Oversee and assist Bookkeeper in the daily tasks

  • Assist CFO/Controller where needed

  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial statements for review

  • Prepare Monthly JE’s

  • Revenue recognition for multiple show contracts – i.e.- cruise lines, sports teams. etc.

  • Inventory usage recognition by show

  • Insurance expense by show

  • Interest Expense on debt

  • Depreciation Expense

  • Reconcile deferred revenue/accounts receivable

  • Bank Accounts

  • Reconcile accounts on a monthly basis prior to G/L close

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales & use tax schedules and payments

  • Provide outside accountant with info for NY (quarterly) and California (annually)

  • Analyze and adjust balance sheet accounts monthly – (i.e. – prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, health insurance contributions, SIMPLE IRA contributions, etc.)

  • Prepare debt schedule monthly for distribution

Graphic Designer / Marketing Manager / Social Media

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline

  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation (Wizzy Wig, Show Director a plus)

  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript

  • Experience in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency

  • Experience working with WordPress and SquareSpace templates

  • Adaptive design eye and skill

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
